This virtual gathering marks the official launch of two complementary KATT publications:
- Legacy Three: The Resilience Paradox: Education, Energy and the Economic Reality of Zambian Youth — a deep-dive exploration into how energy, education, and economic structures shape daily life and resilience.
Together, these publications connect broad continental patterns with focused, country-level realities to transform research findings into actionable policy dialogue and collaboration.

West Africa, faces deep corruption, with Rwanda’s strong anti-corruption model offered as a strategic blueprint.
